1. About Nairel

Nairel is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We provide the platform, tools, and payment infrastructure — but we are not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller. Each seller is independently responsible for the items they list and sell.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Nairel. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings & Prohibited Items

Sellers must describe items accurately, including condition, size, and any defects. The following are prohibited: counterfeit goods, stolen property, weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, items that infringe intellectual property rights, and any items prohibited by applicable law. Nairel reserves the right to remove listings and suspend sellers who violate this policy.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you make a purchase, your payment is collected by Stripe on behalf of the seller. Nairel charges a platform fee on each transaction (currently 8%). Sellers receive payouts via Stripe Connect. Nairel does not store your full card details — this is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

6. Orders & Shipping

Once payment is confirmed, the seller is responsible for shipping the item within a reasonable timeframe. Buyers can track order status through their account. If an item is not received or is significantly different from the listing, buyers may open a dispute.

7. Returns & Refunds

Buyers may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is not as described or is faulty. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Refunds are processed through the original payment method. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

8. Disputes

If a buyer and seller cannot resolve an issue, either party may open a dispute through Nairel. Our team will review the evidence provided by both parties and make a fair decision. Dispute decisions are final. Evidence may include photos, messages, and tracking information.

9. Intellectual Property

Sellers must have the right to sell the items they list. Listing counterfeit items or infringing on trademarks, copyrights, or patents is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nairel provides the marketplace platform “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Nairel in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of Nairel is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
