Nairel is a UK-based online marketplace where buyers and sellers connect. We built it because we believed buying and selling online could be simpler, safer, and more modern than what currently exists.
We're a small, independent team. We're not backed by venture capital or a corporate parent. Every decision we make is guided by what's genuinely useful for the people who use the platform.
What We Do
Nairel provides a platform for sellers to list and sell products to buyers across the United Kingdom. We handle the technology, payment processing (via Stripe), buyer protection, and the tools that make selling easier.
- For buyers: A curated shopping experience with buyer protection on every purchase, secure Stripe payments, tracked shipping, and easy returns.
- For sellers: Free listings with no monthly fees, AI-powered listing tools, price suggestions, live selling capabilities, and social media copy generation.
How It Works
Buying
Browse products from trusted UK sellers. Every purchase is processed securely through Stripe and backed by our buyer protection guarantee. If something goes wrong — item not as described, not delivered — we investigate and resolve it.
Selling
Create an account, list your items (our AI helps write descriptions), and start selling. There are no listing fees. We take a small commission only when you make a sale. Payouts go directly to your bank account via Stripe Connect.
Payments
All transactions are processed by Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by Shopify, Google, Amazon, and thousands of other platforms. We never see or store your full card details.
