Nairel is a marketplace — individual sellers are responsible for shipping their items to buyers. Each seller sets their own shipping method and costs. This page outlines our general shipping standards and what you can expect when you buy on Nairel.
Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Sellers have up to 2 business days to dispatch items unless stated otherwise on the listing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by seller and are displayed on each product listing before you buy. Many sellers offer free UK shipping — look for the "Free shipping" label on product pages.
The standard shipping rate for most items is £3.99 for UK delivery, though sellers may offer different rates depending on item size and weight.
Tracked Shipping
We strongly encourage sellers to use tracked shipping for all orders. Tracking information, when available, is shared with buyers through the order page. If a dispute arises over delivery, sellers who can provide proof of delivery (tracking confirmation) are protected.
Delivery Problems
If your item hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your order page for tracking information.
- Message the seller directly through Nairel.
- If the seller doesn't respond within 48 hours, or if the issue isn't resolved, open a dispute from your order page.
All purchases on Nairel are covered by our Buyer Protection guarantee. If your item doesn't arrive and the seller can't provide proof of delivery, you'll receive a full refund.
Collection
Some sellers offer collection as a delivery option. If a listing is marked "Collection only," the buyer and seller arrange pickup directly through Nairel messaging. Payment is still processed securely through Stripe, and buyer protection still applies.
