How do auctions work?
Standalone auctions run for 1-10 days. Buyers place bids and the highest bidder wins. Snipe protection adds extra time if a bid comes in the final 2 minutes.
What is Nairel Live?
Nairel Live lets sellers broadcast live video, showcase products in real-time, interact with viewers, and run live auctions — just like Whatnot or TikTok Shop.
How does the affiliate programme work?
Anyone can join. Create a unique link for any product, share it on social media, and earn up to 10% commission on every sale you drive. Earnings go to your Nairel wallet.
What are Nairel Credits?
Nairel Credits are loyalty points you earn by buying, selling, reviewing, and referring friends. Redeem 100 credits for £1 in your wallet. Higher tiers unlock exclusive drops.
What are Promoted Listings?
Sellers can pay to boost their products to the top of search results. You only pay per click (from £0.10), and you set your own budget.
What is Bundle & Save?
Sellers can offer shipping discounts when buyers purchase multiple items. Buy 2+ items from the same seller and save on shipping — or get free shipping at 3+ items.
What are Drops?
Drops are exclusive, time-limited product releases. Sellers schedule a drop, and buyers get early access based on their loyalty tier. It creates urgency and excitement.
How do I get paid as a seller?
Payments are processed via Stripe. When a buyer completes checkout, funds are held securely and transferred to your connected Stripe account.
Can I import my seller reputation from eBay or Depop?
Yes. Link your eBay, Depop, Poshmark, Etsy, or Vinted profile and your existing reputation badge will show on your Nairel store.
